Olympus camera repair?

Well that sucks, I just bought a stylus tough and wow reading all the freaking reviews isn't making me happy. I think if you spent 200-600 for camera that's suppose to out stand everything it says it should, then everything should be replaceable for free just in case their bs-ing.

anyway i read through the internet it says it cost $120 thats with shipping back to you with a 6 months warranty after the repair.

There is no chance anyone can repair that camera for less that it costs to replace. I have an DSLR Olympus that is barely worth repairing rather than replacing. Go out and get a new camera and just enjoy some updated features.

For repair shops, I know you are in California but I am in Canada so that wouldn't really help.

did u ever try just to take off the battery and set in on the side for like 5 minutes. that might help. i did that with my palm handset and it worked. my would not charge and now it does.
