"Americans would be fined up to $3,800 for failing to buy health insurance " is this remotely true?

i am just tired of all the misinformation going around from forced abortions to death panels..the GOP has been full of bald face lies

    I don't believe the misinformation is coming from the GOP. You need to look at the bill. I've never heard of forced abortions but having to pay for them with my tax money isn't right. And yes you will be charged a certain amount for not having health insurance.

    this is effective in Max Bacus bill. it is the max that a family contributors will pay. The max for somebody is 750. it is easier than the penalty in the Republican Wyden Plan. "Require all voters over age 19 to have insurance alongside with based little ones. those with out insurance are concern to a economic penalty based on the style of uncovered months and the weighted known of HAPI rates. "
