I think my manager is flirting with me, what should I do?

Ok so i'm 19 and work part time at a popular retail sore. We just got a new assistant manager and he's 25 and is extremely attractive and ripped. Honestly, I'm flattered that he would even look at me, but at the same time I'm scared.

So, the day I met him I had to buy a dress from the store to wear because my outfit wasn't in the look policy or whatever. He rung me up because a manager has to do it, and introduced himself. Later he was walking around the store checking up on things and came over to talk to me and he was like, "oh yea i met you, you're the dress girl", and glanced down at my chest because the dress was a little low. Now, trust me i'm like an A. Flat as a board. So the fact that he even looked down there threw me off a little.

Another day, he came over to where i was folding clothes and we just started talking. I asked him if he liked it here so far and he said, "yea, I mean i like looking at all the hot 18 and 19 year old girls who work here, i mean i feel like a pervert but age is just a number". I just kinda nodded and was like "yeaa...." but in my head red flags were going off.

Later, a girl who works with me said she thinks he likes me and it's really obvious.

Then, I got put on the cash register and when i was ringing, he would always stand behind me and help me by uncensoring the clothes i was ringing and he would grab them from my arm and i felt like it was really obvious he wanted a reason to touch me. He would brush his arm against mine when taking the clothes, and a few times when he was standing behind me he touched both of my elbows to move me out of the way.

I guess what i'm asking is, what should i do? Stay away from him when possible and keep a neutral personality? Because i'm just naturally talkative and smiley, almost flirty. But at the same time this is exciting because he's so handsome and every one thinks he's hot and i'm just a girl and i'm flattered he gives me attention. He is just a douche and bosses everyone around but i find that kinda attractive...

What to do?!
