I don't think I've ever really had a dream career. I still don't know what I really plan to do with all these degrees yet, quite honestly. The reason I'm here is actually because I'm having fun with what I'm studying right now, and also just sort of to see what I can make myself do. If you like what you're learning and the overall culture of your chosen field, you'll in theory like where your degrees lead you? I prefer to be open to the possibilities that arise along the way rather than having a set plan -- I'd never really planned on either my MS or the current Ph.D. plan until the time came and it sounded like fun.
