yes you can stroke out your 350 to a 383,but when putting it back together you must put in all the smog equipment that the car came with so that it will pass smog

shud b just fine since they don't smog check for that old of vehicles but check with ur local inspection shop and see wat tehy actually check on ur vehicle........(wud suggest doin this anonymously )
