Is this legal? phone recordings?
~ I work in Customer Service,,,,,,during training sessions, our phone calls are recorded for " training" purpose,,,to critique our department,,,,but the incoming callers do not know they are being recorded,,,,Is this legal? I don't mind being recorded because I will learn and become better at my job,,,,but geeeze,,,,,what about the person on the other end....there is no disclaimer letting them know " this call may be recorded for training purpose,,,," Is this legal???

Is it possible the disclaimer is played when they call in?
It is not illegal to record a phone call and not let both parties know, BUT that phone recording is not usable as any kind of evidence. So it is most likly to truly monitor just what your saying.

on the 1st question it can be a 'criminal' tape if used for inner maximum motives. That stated, if made without the guy's consent it may be unlawful in a court of regulation. on the 2d, specific they are in a position to checklist video yet no longer audio.
