What world is the RSPCA CEO living on, since when was the racing industry a vocal minority?
And why do I read these articles, I know its just going to annoy me but still, and yes we are vocal but a minority oh I think we are quite the contray. Oh well so this is the article that I read on racenet. Is this lady an idiot or what seriously what planet does she live on and what racing does she watch?

Gee, horseracing has only been around for 172 years so its bound to have a few teething problems. I'm so glad the CEO from the RSPCA has in her infinite wisdom nipped this in the bud before any horse sustains an injury from being tempered with a whip more than 5 times in the last furlong.
I don't think the space researches have discovered the planet she inhabits yet!
It is has been well exposed that the ARB paid no attention to the opinions of jockeys, trainers and owners when making such a rash decision to implement severe rules restricting the way jockeys may use the whip in races.
Somebody should take the whip to her and the 17 members of the ARB for supporting rules that are proving to be a contradiction for stewards who must enforce the restrictions.
The prime example can be seen in conflicting post race stewards reports. Riders are being penalised for breaching the whip rules in the last 200 metres of a race while others are hauled over the coals for failing to ride a mount to the best of their ability.
One of the most puzzling attributes of this whole debacle is the fact that the whips themselves have been changed from the traditional leather type to the now arguably ineffective padded type.Yet still hitting a horse more than 5 times over 12 seconds with these more than gentle persuaders is considered manifestly excessive.
Hopefully it will be fixed up promptly so us vocal minority of cruel horseracing lovers can see our favourite neddys being brutalised down the straight once again. YEA RIGHT!

Hot air, what a gasbag. She probably needs a tail-chain. The ARB won't think it's a minority when there's a vote of no-confidence in the board.
Maybe they wish to reduce racing to this,

but I'm sure they'd have problems with that as well!
