Looking for wine called "Apple Jack."?
A while back I did wine tasting in the Watkins Glen area and I had this wine at one of the wineries. Has anyone ever heard of it or know what Winery label it is manufactured under. Thanks.

applejack is a beverage made from distilling apple wine, bu its not too common or easy to find

Applejack is not usually available commercially. It is made by taking hard apple cider and freezing, then removing the frozen water leaving the alcohol behind. Any applejack I have had was either homebrewed or made for a special occasion and I have never seen it on a shelf anywhere.
