Ground beef, bread crumbs,soy sauce, no noodles, no tomato sauce?

Question

I need a recipe quickly for ground beef.  I have no bread, but I do have bread crumbs, no tomato sauce, but soy sauce.  I know how to make a roux and have milk and flour.  I don't have any cream soups.  I do have sweet and sour sauce and brown gravy mix.

One of my favorites is hamburger gravy.  Brown the burger and make a roux with the  drippings and flour, add milk and cook to thicken, add the hamburger back in.  Salt & pepper to taste.  Serve over mashed potatoes or toast.

Make Chinese spaghetti.  Make some meatballs using some soy sauce.  Pan fry then stir in your sweet and sour sauce.  Serve over the pasta or rice.

You could make fried beef balls and fashion a gravy out of milk and flour! Or use your brown gravy mix.
