Here's what you do: Contact the individual theater that you applied to. There is a manager that is in charge of looking over applications and hiring. Ask to speak to a manager and see if they are still looking to hire. Sometimes they might not need any new hires though, it depends on their numbers. If they don't need anyone at the moment but you are on the list, you will be contacted when they DO need someone (assuming you meet the requirements). You'll need to have good hours (weekends are almost a must) and have passed the personality test (easy).
