THIS IS EASY TO FIX......This works I promise..

Think of the death clock.. you know the image.. make the feeling WORST and more scary... make it stronger.... until you can't stand it. The clock is really really real.

Then just STOP and notice the clock is made of cheeze and a fat stupid rat comes over and EATS the death clock.. Cause it was Garabge, no one needs it anymore, it was just a joke anyways.. And for some reason this is the funniest thing you have ever seen. The stupid Chunky cheeze rat ate it. That real cheeze chunk is gone forever. TO bad SO sad. All the rest are just immitations.

This is a form of mild hypnotheropy..

just try to take your mind off of it. Why waist your money on hypnotherapy when it may not even work. it only works it you want it to.

just get your mind off of it, talk to your friends about something, go out, just try different things, like relaxation techniques.

If this stuff is bothering you too much, i would suggest seeing a psychiatrist or something, because it seems like this is bothering you too much. i would NOT suggest going straight to a hypnotherapist, unless the psychiatrist recommends it.

    well i hope i helped

good luck and best wishes. ~Nikki

See a psychiatrist, or better, a behavioral therapist.

Either will help you out as they see best. Most likely, they will perform cognitive behavioral therapy (Google it) on you, which is similar to hypnotherapy but more efficient/effective (from what I know).
