Is my ex committing identity fraud against me?
I have a question about identity fraud. First my situation. My ex has decided to be an *** and want to mess with me by ordering $800 worth of alcohol in my name, nothing was paid for but it would have been delivered to my house, under my full name, address, email but I know it was him because he used my mother phone number since I changed mine so that he couldn't harass me anymore and plus he used a security password and it was his own password that he uses for his email and myspace that I remembered from a long time ago. Then he decided to order $350 worth of female strippers online under my mothers name and if not for them emailing me, I wouldn't have known nor called and canceled it. No money was spent but he used my personal info for this, and the company is filing fraud against him for the false purchase. Did he commit identity fraud against me and legally what can I do to get him for it?
REMEMBER :: NO money was spent or used. Does it still count as fraud?
