Do i have the flu or no?
I've had a fever for the past 3 days, it's currently 100.4, i've had a really sore, scratchy throat, a little bit of a runny nose and a cough.

With the minimal info you have given, the answer is maybe. You should go to a doctor. Soon. Could be bacterial, could be viral but not influenza. BUT, it could be influenza.

Could be, Me and my son has it to.I called the emergency room and the nurse said take tylenol and drink lots of fluids.Could be just the change of weather.
