1st week of finals have been played.. have your GF predictions changed?

Of course they've changed - I'm a Manly supporter!

Now I'll be going for Parramatta, for 3 reasons:

1. They came into comp same time as Manly (1947) so I've always followed their progress with interest and as we aren't in it now, I can put the old rivalries aside.

2. They would be first team to win from bottom half of qualifiers - and 8th at that!

3. I've got to follow some team and it definitely has to be a team from NSW - I don't like GF's with 2 interstate teams playing as I don't feel like cheering for either.

i definately think parramatta are a force to be reckoned with, after their win over the dragons. the dragons are 'the best' and the eels beat them. so does that make the eels the best? it is so unpredictable this year, best finals series ever!

you can also look at it like this: the dragons lost, the dogs don't have kimmorley, the titans lost, so does that make the storm new premiership favourites? anything can happen...

Parramatta vs Storm

I tipped a Bulldogs v Manly Grand final, embarrassingly, I also tipped Melbourne to win this week anyway.

I'm changing to a Brisbane v Bulldogs Grand final, these teams are big game teams, the Storm will be hard to beat, but Broncos have so many absolute stars, that if they turn it on, no team is safe.

I think a Dog/Storm Grand Final. If the Eels keep form they are probables for the GF.

Yes, Im amazed, it seems like Eels cannot lose in do-or-die games.

Im thinking a Eels/Storm GF, they are so much alike,I think this is a huge possibility now.

But if Bulldogs dont have Kimmorley back in wk 3 theyre going to lose, if they have him than I think it will be a Bulldogs/Storm GF

Yeah, I didn't consider the Eels to be contenders, but now I'm seriously thinking they're going to make it to the Grand Final.

Yep, it sure has - I predicted a Dogs v Dragons GF and now after today I am looking at the Eels to meeet NOT beat the Gogs in the GF.

i think of Doncaster will beat Southend, somewhat. interior the play off finals... I reckon Doncaster would be fortunate and score the 1st objective. Then Leeds will paintings their expertise and the marvelous score would be 3-a million to Leeds.
