I have no sound in a chat room?

    Do you know there's a button in the window that you have to click in order to have sound there?

    In addition, you should click Start> Control Panel and scroll to Sounds and Audio Devices. Open that, click Audio and troubleshoot your system. Before you leave that page, you should be hearing all the sounds being played.
