yahoo answers user asked "in fighter terms, what does cst stand for?", but reached daily answer limit.?

hello,

yahoo answers user, apologies for not answering your question directly. reached the daily limit on answers.

anyway, "CST" is Circular Strength Training. it was developed by fighters (with PHD's) for fighters, but can be used by ANYONE. ANYONE AT ALL!!!!

it is a health first approach to exercise. it encompasses three "wings".

joint mobility. this is not stretching. it is movement through all the ranges of motion of each joint.

prasara. this is yoga, without the philosophy. it utilizes movement through ranges of motion and positions, rather than just positions themselves.

clubbells. clubbells are modern decendants of ancient hindu/iranian clubs (miils, pronounced "meal"). they allow for ungodly strength training without the joint stresses associated with standardized training methods (powerlifting, bodybuilding). again, ranges of motion with an asymmetric weight. leverage is huge! the faster the clubbell moves, the heavier it becomes!!!

this is the short answer. check out a place called rmaxinternational.com. there is a gargantuan amount of info there. they invented it!!! if you are a fighter, this may be the best thing you have found in a long time.

if you are not a fighter, this may be the best thing you have found in a long time. oh yeah, not affiliated with rmaxinternational.com. not selling you. that's just where you go to find the most comprehensive info about CST.

thanks
