I want to work out in the mornings but i can't seem to get out of bed. What can i do to get me up?
I have tried going to bed at early like 9pm in hopes to get up early like 5:30-6am but i cant get out of bed, i feel so tired. Even with using an alarm clock i cant seem to wake up. I have also tried going to bed late thinking i might be getting to much sleep like 11 or midnight. The same thing happens i cant wake up, the only difference is if i go to be late i have a headache most of the next day.
What can i do help get me out of bed?

I see you don't have a problem waking up, just getting out of bed. The best thing to do is just sit up fast, turn the lights on bright, and stretch. Lights are a sign to your body to wake up, "it's daytime". Stretching will get your blood flowing, and muscles relaxed. Instead of having coffee, drinking green tea. Eating apples wake the body up with natural caffiene and sugars without leaving you with the after effects like crashing.

Force yourself into the bathroom and wash your face. I use Noxema in the morning because it tingles and feels fresh. Afterward I use a cold mask (the type you store in your fridge and strap on) while I have breakfast. This always wakes me up and leaves me feeling refreshed. I'm not a morning person, so I understand what you are going through. Good luck!

you just have to force yourself. after about a week or 2 it will become increasingly easier. just set the alarm and put it on the otherside of the room so you have to get out of bed to turn it off. you can try keeping some water over there too and drink it and splash your face. its hard at first but it will get easier.

Ask some one to pull the curtains open and leave so you have to get out of bed to close them or just tell the person to take your blanket away:)

Put your alarm clock on the loudest it goes, and then put it the other side of the room. That way you'll have to get up to turn it off! :D
