Help Did Sister Murder my car?
My sister put power steering fluid in my oil by mistake can if hurt or will it be ok? She borrowed my car and thought it was oil!

The only major differences with power steering fluid and oil is that one is more viscous than the other. Power steering fluid is used as a hydraulic and lubricating fluid in your power steering system while oil is only used as a lubricant. It wont hurt it if you don't drive it but you need to change the oil and filter as soon as you can.

No problem....simply get an oil and filter change and give her the bill.
And next time you loan it out, check the oil level first and she won't have to add to it.

Don't drive the car, get it towed to a mechanic so he can flush the oil and refill.
