my school just closed due to swine flu and i wanted to ask how many hours or days does it take so you can find out if your infected or not ..

24-72 hours is the general key. The CDC says to give it up to 7 days because it is unknown, but with most viruses like the flu they incubate in 24-72 hours after exposure. If you are symptom free for 7 days you will be in the clear. Until then act as if you have it and take precautions from getting others sick. If you develop symptoms see your doctor ASAP because getting tamiflu early helps relieve the symptoms.
