What can i do against Reliance Life Insurance for their total negligence ?

I am policy holder of Reliance Life Insurance and i applied for my client I.D and password to them for operating my account on internet, on 9.9.09. in spite of my repeated phone calls and requests they only promise to send it within 24 hours (daily) since then, but do not. I don't know when their 24 hours will complete. They are fully shameless and i want to beware all people from their business and want to know what can i do against them for not providing me client ID and password till today i.e 16.9.09.

    Dear friend

    Make a written request to RI. If you feel they have violated the promises then you have the option of approaching the Insurance Ombudsman in your area. The addresses are available at the IRDA website.

    Dear Freind First I will suggest you that visit the reliancelife.com website and submit your request online from customer login. for this you need your policy no. DOB mentioned in the policy, Client no which you can get in your policy documents. You get your passord and user ID on your mail ID .

    Apart from this you can submit the complaint to consumer court also.
