Genuine Windows Crap?
Microst has installed "Genuine Microsoft" software that wont allow me do do crap on our home PC. We recently lost our old windows OP when it crashed form a missing file (obviously) and i had a friend install this version. but Microsoft the power hungry female dog (for lack of a better word) wont let me do much because i am not a registered Microsoft user. Help on how to remove this would be great. Thanks!

The reason M$ is hassling you is you are using "Pirated" Windows, and you knew that. What did you expect?
"We recently lost our old windows" CD, or OS, I assume.
Does your PC have a Certificate of Authenticity (COA) sticker on it? If not, you'll need a Proof of Purchase of Windows.
If so, call Microsoft Tech Support to get low cost Replacement Disks. Use the phone number that appears when you try to Activate Windows.

well, zack it seems that your friend installed cracked copy of windows in other words its illegal copy of windows, the only way is to pay for another OS

A lot of times this will get loaded back on there when you do windows updates.
