What is the cooking time on a whole pig, 120 lbs dressed and butterflied, cooked in a china box?
The china box is about 3 feet wide, 5 feet long and 3 feet deep. I will be using charcoal briquettes on the lid only,(heat source on top). Also how much charcoal should I use?

about 8 hours,over about two lg bags of charcoal...

My brother just did this yesterday. It was about an 90 pounds and cooked it over charcoal and mesquite for 8 hours. It was amazing!!!
