Put your recovery cd in at startup & follow the instructions. It's really not that bad. If your computer didn't come with a cd then you would have a recovery partition - Start>Programs>System Recovery, or at start your computer would show F10 or F11 for recovery, which you would tap repeatedly on startup. With recovery you sometimes get an option to back up your files & folders, if you do, then scan your computer when the reinstall is complete. You'll have a file called "My Backup" in C drive which may contain malware, if you think your computer is infected.
