How do you handle situations when you get really frustrated?

    Punch something, or put on an angry song.

    I have a little voice in my brain that I have trained

    to call my frustration to my attention. Then I go through

    a little litany asking myself why I am feeling a sense

    of impatience (which, in my case, is what my feelings

    of frustration really are) and this usually brings me back,

    albeit temporarily, to my senses. This always works but

    it may not completely ease my frustrations and the

    relief may be short-lived. I may have to go through

    this process several times before the results are

    satisfactory.

    I go and take a walk or take deep breaths and collect my self.
