    Yes. There is only 2 and half months of summer where i live .. somtimes it snows at the end of november and finishes at March!! I live in Canada ... so i think you get the point!!

    Rarely. I live in Alabama. It snowed last year though.

    it does in the winter. around november through february. but last year, it was snowing in march and april which was really strange :o
