So what does the guy above me suspect she should do?

That is ridiculous to think that a person should never be forgiven. If freaking murderers can be forgiven for killing their wife, then Serena can definitely be forgiven.

She has already apologized. We do not know if she in person so people should stop judging her circumstances.

To begin with, I have never liked Serena. She did a fake apology. When you threaten someone, no matter how famous you are or how much money you have, she shouldn't be forgiven, no matter if she is a good person or not. She shouldn't even try to apologize for what she has done. Apologizing in my opinion is just asking for more trouble. Actions speak louder than words.

Serena said that she was sorry in a press conference the other night, but I think that she should apologize in person to the lines woman.

Yes, of course. Actually she already did. It is not appropriate to act that way. If you are mad because of the call, you should be able to keep your composure and control your emotions. After all, to err is to human. And Serena is a human.
