Sim City 4 is the best game I can think of for building, destroying, and running cities. It still looks very good and the game runs well on any system that can run Vista. Only costs $15 too!

Ok i have this game too its really cool. Its called sims city and u can make your own town and building and stuff like that. That the best suggestion i have. I put the Official Sims city game website as my source check it out i think u would really like the game!!
