Why is water overflowing into overflow tank without overheating?
My thunderbird turbo coupe has coolant flowing into the overflow tank but the water temp seems to be normal. The radiator is loosing a few inches of water everytime I drive it. There seems to be no external leaks and no smoke.I have a new cap and a coolant pressure test showed no signs of a leak. Any idea's.

It is normal for coolant to flow in to the overflow tank as it heats up and expands, and to flow back as it cools.
If you are loosing coolant then you have a leak.
Try some sealant-I've had good luck with the powdered aluminum or bronze.
Good luck!
