Dinner ideas for next month's grocery list?

I am trying ot come up with a different dinner for each day in October. I have 21 ideas and have ran out of things. Please help me come up with some fairly easy dinner plans as I am not a great cook.

Sorry, I know this is the wrong section, but I never seem to get as good responses anywhere else

Chicken Croissants- big and buttery croissants made by pillsbury, chicken cut up with onions (cook in frying pan), unroll the croissants and add shredded cheese, once the chicken is done add to croissants and roll back up. Place in baking dish. Pour cream of chicken on top of croissants and bake @ 400 until golden brown or when you think they are done.

Bacon Cheeseburger Roll up- fry 1lb hamburger beat with 4 slices of bacon and onions. Drain meat. Place back in pan and add half stick of velveeta cheese, mix together. Place a thing if pizza crust into baking dish and add the meat to the crust-then roll the crust back up. Bake on 400 degrees until crust is cooked. Add shreded cheese on top if you like.

Shepards Pie-1lb hamburger meat, shredded cheese, can of corn, brown gravy, mash potatoes OR tater tots. Layer in baking dish then bake on 400 until golden brown or you think its done.

Make Over 200 Juicy, Mouth-Watering Paleo Recipes You've NEVER Seen or Tasted Before?

  • Great idea! You should order the Kraft Food and Family magazine. It's free and they come in the mail 4 times a year. It's the one thing that I always look forward to in the mail! It has awesome recipes!

This one is fresh in my head since I made it last night:

Cook some chicken breasts on the stove

Mix 1 can of cream of mushroom soup and 1/3 cup sour cream, pour over chicken

Mix 1.5 cup water, a tab of butter and stove top stuffing mix, pour over chicken and soup mix

Cover and once you make sure the chicken is cooked all the way through and the toppings are heated, EAT!! You could also toss in some veggies too...

We love simple things when we are short on time too:

    Grilled cheese and tomato soup

ABC hotdish (cambells vegetarian vegetable soup and hamburger)

Mac & cheese with mixed veggies and ham

    Goulash

Mac & cheese hotdish (mac and cheese, salsa, hamburger)

    This is making me hungry....LOL

Clever plans: planning ahead and posting your question here.

1 - Meatloaf - use ground turkey instead of beef or try half and half. Potatoes and peas as side dishes.

2 - Baked Chicken breast with brown rice and green beans.

3 - Tacos - I love make your own taco night at home.

4 - Chicken Chili and a mixed greens salad, add bell peppers and sugar snap peas.

5 - Breakfast for dinner - eggs, sausage, toast.

Also try Kraftfoods.com. They have great recipes a lot of which are really fast and easy to make.

My new favourite meal to make, and the easiest recipe ever:

6 -8 boneless skinless chicken thighs

    jar of salsa

    brick of cream cheese

throw 'em all in a crock pot and cook on low for around 6 hours or high for around 4 hours. I like to add a can of corn shortly before serving. Serve over rice.

    Its quite yummy
