Making smoothies ahead of time?
Mornings are crazy for us and my kids love smoothies. I love making them smoothies cause I'm able to hide all kinds of fruits and veggies in them. Usually I make them with: banana, blueberries or strawberries, scoop of protein powder, flax seeds, and greens plus powder. I know fresh fruit or veggie juice should be used immediately to get all of the nutritional value, but what about smoothies? Can I make them the night before and sticking them in the fridge without losing any nutritional value?

you can make them beforehand but the fruits might oxidize and make the smoothie turn into an unappealing color
