do you still get all the symptoms (bloating, tiredness, etc.) if you miss your period?

there is NO way that i could be pregnant. and i'm not worried about the reason that i missed my period. but i'm just wondering if your body still knows it should have had a period and bloats & becomes tired and all that.

I can't speak for other women, but I know that I do. I have irregular periods, but if i miss one I still get the cramps, mood swings, bloating and cravings.

Even though I'm male, please hear me out.

I don't see why you wouldn't at all. If you have your period around the same time every month, it could be that your body is used to getting these symptoms at this specific time. So most likely, it may be.
