Need help translating WWII items.?

Our museum received some Japanese items from World War II and I would really like to know what they say so I can add it to their display cards.

    Japanese Good Luck Flag(Hino-Maru Yose-Gaki, an amulet/charm as Rising sun, its national symbol with many signature by the soldier's relatives/friends/business associates for victory and safety return from war) You can refer the info below for details.

    忠勇(not 勇忠) meant to be loyalty with patriotic braveness for the Japanese emperor and its nation.

    Many 4 to 5 Kanji combo straight down are all person signature.

    祈武運長久 with a bit larger Kanji on the second line left meant to be wishing the soldier's good luck for fight well safely enough long as much as possible.

    兵良 射撃會 民良 meant to be Good citizen, Shooting range/Gun club, Good soldier.(It could be Good citizen becomes good soldier through the shooting range/Gun club)

    北會津郡聯合分會 meant to be the Union branch of Kita Aizu County, Fukushima prefecture, Japan.

    帝国在郷軍人會 meant to be the Japanese veteran Legion.

    第三十五師団司令部御中 meant to be to the 35th divisional H.Q.

    受領証 第三十五師団乱数表十二號 自八拾? 至九六? 拾七韻

    聯合(連合) is correct

    聯合=federation

    在郷軍人会(會)=Local veterans' association

    後藤大佐=Colonel Goto

    乱数表十二號(号)=random number table No.12

    拾七部=17 books

    第三十五師團司令部=Command center of the 35th Division. The 35th Division was organized in Asahikawa, Hokkaido was destroyed in Papua New Guinea in 1944.

    勇忠is wrong

    忠勇 is correct

    because before ww2 the japanese read word from right to left

    忠勇(chuyu) means "braveness" and "loyalty"

    I dont know this word.

    but 勇 means brave

    忠 means allegiance,fealty

    and there are lots of old Japanese name .

    I think its Japanese flag everyone who were going to fighting field wrote his name and pledged allegiance to the flag of Japan.

    良民良兵 good people , good soldiers

    It was written right to left in those days.

    all of them are the name of team or organigation ,and

    are written by traditional Japanese Kanji

    北会津郡=the name of area in Fukushima Pref. now

    総合=generalization

    分会=affiliated society

    射撃=shooting 、firing

    会=profession,society,organigation

    帝国=imperial

    在郷=staying in Japan

    軍人=soldiers,military men
