They can be !! Depends on the people concerned, some like them, other not. I have had my share of these and they can be hard work for a number of reasons:
1, Little or no physical contact
2, Travel Expense
3, Jealousy can be the killer here, wondering what they are up to when you are not there.
All in all, they can work, but statistics show they are prone to failure more often than not.
