Healthy fun holiday foods for children?

With the holidays coming up, and everyone worrying about their waste-lines, we must make sure not to forget about our children and their nutritional needs. What are some fun ideas for healthy holiday foods?

An example might be serving sweet potato fries as "Halloween Fries" (they are orange for any that might not know).

Other suggestions?

Here's a list of halloween recipes:

I'm sure even the less healthy recipes can be modified with healthier ingredients.

Halloween fries are a great idea! How about deviled eggs? Just cut olives and put it on them to make them look like eyes.

It's always good to have a veggie tray too with some sort of dip. Sorry that's all I can think of right now.

Apples are good; cranberry relish on black bread; peanut butter and orange marmalade sandwiches on black bread; pimiento stuffed olives,

cherry, strawberry, or blackberry gelatin; red fruit punch, pomegranate juice, salsa and black tortilla chips.
