here is the thing, my family is about to start a new business, a supermarket, and the bank is asking for the break even point in our business and financial plans, my question is, should i take in consideration the payment of the loan or just the interest paid in order to solve the equation, i am confused, please i need help, i am about to turn in the documents to the bank and that is the only missing thing, thanks in advanced.

Your break even point should include fixed costs (loan payments, interest, etc.).

Bottom line the break even is how much you have to bring in to pay all the bills and have $0 left. The bank wants you to include the loan and the interest.
