please run program in another system?

I'm trying to run a program called imperium I downloaded and extracted the file, but when I click the icon it tells me hardware conflict please run program in another system.... I'm stumped as to how to do that I've tried just about everything I can. can anyone hlep me?!?

    If you mean Imperium Romanum, here are the system requirements:

    Minimum:

    Windows 2000, XP or Vista

    Pentium / AMD Processor with at least 1,7 GHz

    DirectX 9 compatible Graphic Card

    (Geforce 3 / Radeon 9550 or better)

    512 mb Ram

    DVD-ROM Drive

    1,5 gb free disk space

    DirectX 9.0c

    Recommended:

    Windows 2000, XP or Vista

    Pentium / AMD Processor with at least 2 GHz
