I have a 1986 Ford F250 with a a Holly carb. It has sat for a while?

And I think the carb has clogged. It'll run but not idle. I want to clean the carb. But the cleaner says "not recommended for fuel injector carbs. Not sure if mine is fuel-injected. How can I tell?

If it has a carburator, it isn't fuel injected.

If it has a holly carb it's not fuel injected-you need to clean the idle jets

there should be one sitting next to every spark plug how ever many there are. Also try spraying throttle body cleaner or some other type of engine cleaner in the intake valve while running your engine at high rpm. Once you get it unclogged, try adding some zmax. If you ever leave any vehicle for long period of time use the commercial on tv's product called Stabil.

If you look at the engine you should see a round bar with pipes going to each injector.
