how do i reactivate an old email address?

i deleted an email address about 1 yr ago, I now what it back, how do i reactivate

    When an account has been permanently

    deleted or

    suspended without an appeal

    the account can't be reactivated.

    your files will be gone

    You can create a new account

    however you will have to start over again
