Well I dont know if foods give you muscle but proteins are really good for tendons, ligaments, and muscle (but it wont give you like 30 pounds on muscle) you should eat a lot but not only proteins or carbs its bad to eat a lot of one thing, what I do to gain weight and be healthy is to

eat fruit 20 minutes before foods, two glasses of milk, 250 g of yogurt

oat cereal, lot of meat and fish I eat about 4 times a day.

Studies showed that eating in the ours that you should be sleeping cause you to gain weight althought its hazardous to your health so I wont recommend that. I dont know your sugar levels and all that so im just telling you what I do, you should consult a nutricionist, eat sugar and try to burn a little. Do your weight lifting.

other way is just to ask people with weight problems how did they get there =) hope that helps, remember im not a proffesional.

Whether it is honestly powerful can close to be a devout debate. three) You will have to by and large paintings every muscle organization as soon as every week.
