No, it isn't normal. All teenage boys think about sex a lot and have fantasies (so do girls) but to harass someone like this is not normal and indeed it is illegal and he would be in trouble if she made a formal complaint.

I doubt whether this immature teenage behavior with develop into future sex offences. He might turn out OK once the puberty monster has finished with him.

it's very normal for guys to think like this, because it's just something that comes natural to them as part of their development. They're the ones with the *****, so they need to find somewhere to stick it into. It's all they think about. Once he's had sex, he won't sound so desperate, she needs to tell him or be open about how she feels about this, or tell him that her parents look through her phone all the time and keep watch of it- if they see anything, they'll call the police.

However, they normally THINK it rather than texting pictures of their penis. If the girl doesn't want to receive those texts, it's sexual harassment, so you can go to the police.

Or you can ring up your Mobile phone provider and ask them to block the number.

This is from a near teenagers perspective. You see, teenagers tend to be very sexually active, but it is very unlikely that that boy will become a rapist or a future sex criminal or some **** like that. Usually when they get sexually active they feel as if others share those feelings aswell. I agree with you that this are sign of a overly active sexual mind. It could be that he has been looking at stimulating pictures and has been thinking a lot about carrying out the sexual fantasy/act.

It is rather worry some and I do think that you may have to report or send in anonymous letter to the principal so that they could take necessary measures to contact his parent on this highly sexual behavior and his rather sexual pictures and fantasy that he send to your friend.
