i need 64 bit help my hp laptop is 64 bit and the 32 bit firefox is causing it to crash?

ok i sent my laptop to hp to have the screen fixed. when it came back firefox was crashing my laptop. i found out that the 32 bit firefox was causing my 64 bit laptop to crash. so I got the 64 bit minefield from mozilla. now my flash doesnt work because there is no 64 bit supporting flash. what can I do? please help

    I seriously doubt that it was Firefox causing your computer to crash - I'm typing this on 32 bit Firefox 3.5.3 on a computer running Vista 64 bit. Completely remove Firefox (uninstall it, then restart Windows), then reinstall it. (You MUST run a 32 bit browser to use Adobe Flash - there's no other option. That's why Microsoft includes 32 bit IE in 64 bit Windows.)
