    Olive oil for coating

    1 package Honeysuckle White®Turkey Breast

    4 slice mozzarella cheese

1 small bunch fresh basil leaves

    Salt and freshly ground pepper

1/4 cup salted butter, at room temperature

    1 large clove garlic, minced

1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper 1. Prepare your gas or charcoal grill for medium-high direct heat grilling. Oil the grill rack.

    2. Butterfly the turkey breasts using a long, thin, sharp knife: Cut each turkey tenderloin horizontally into the thickest part, to within 1/2-inch of the other side (so that it can be opened like a book) then cut each in two. Do the following with each breast: Open the tenderloin like a book and place between sheets of plastic wrap. Pound lightly, using a meat mallet, to even out the thickness. Remove the top sheet of wrap.

    3. Place 1 slice of cheese and a few basil leaves on one half of the breast. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and close the breast.

    4. Coat with a little olive oil, and sprinkle both sides with salt and pepper.

    5. In a small bowl, combine the remaining 3 ingredients with a fork and mix well. Form into a log in waxed paper and refrigerate until ready for use.

    6. Grill turkey breasts for 3 to 5 minutes on each side, or until no longer pink in the center.

    7. Top each breast with a pat of the garlic butter.

    Makes 4 servings.

okay so buy 2-3 turkey breasts medium size depending on how many people your cooking for.

    1. you pour canola oil and olive oil, bread crumbs, garlic, basil, and any other herbs you like uinto the pan

    2. you put the turkey breasts in and let them cook slowly for 20 mins, roating sides every 5 mins

    3. then you take them out and you'll have a master piece, its truely my favorite meal to cook! my friend taught me how to make it. A great side dish to have with it is garlic mashed potatoes too

    1. you mash up 7-8 potatoes again depending on how many people your feeding. and then you put them in a pot with about 5-6 cups of water. you let them cook for about 10 mins and then you add garlic and rosemary and sum olive oil, let it cook for another 8 mins and you've got a great side dish! hope this helped..you really should try both recipies! yum yum yum!
