Is the University of Colorado at Boulder a good choice if I'm pursuing a career in Pharmacy?
My other two choices are University of Nevada, Reno and University of Southern California, so if you could compare and contrast, it would be really helpful. I'm not sure if i can get into USC or UCB but I just want to check if they're good choices anyway.

University of Colorado at Boulder and University of Nevada at Reno are good and much easier to get into than USC. I would recommend that you stay in state at least for your undergraduate degree. That will save you a lot of money. Colorado has one school for pharmacy - University of Colorado at Denver. Nevada also has one - University of Southern Nevada at Henderson. California has six:
USC
Loma Linda University
Western University of Health Sciences
UCSD
UCSF
University of the Pacific
Don't worry about where you get your undergraduate degree. Just concentrate on doing very well!
