Law and Order SVU- Help finding a certain one...?

i need help finding a law and order svu eposide.. its one where there is two black brothers who r accused of raping and killing someone i believe... and i think they belong to a predominantly white college. and the ending is the one detective is excited to take them to see their clean mother.. but he gets a call she OD and died.. and he takes them to red lobster instead.. but they were wrongly accused.. anybody know what this ones called or what season??
