No, Administration is not only for girls. Some boys do take it, although it is more popular for girls. If you want to take Admin, don't let it put you off even if you are the only boy in the class. It just depends on your school whether there will be other boys in your class. I took Admin in 3rd and 4th year (I am currently in 5th year) and there was one boy in my class.
