Polish speakers, Your help please?

Question

Would anyone speaking or coming from Poland please translate into English for me. The link is here - http://www.elektroda.pl/rtvforum/topic688761.html

On the page you will see a wiring connection set up and numbered from 1 - 16. Please could one of you nice people tell me what the translation into English is please for all three columns, 1 thru to 16 in each column.

I tried some online translators but they did not translate certain words on this list.
