How do I import my Wordpress.com Blog?

I had a free blog over at wordpress.com. I bought a domain and their wordpress hosting program at GoDaddy. I thought I could import my blog posts from the free site over to my new domain but I can't figure out where to do that at. Anybody know?

    Go to your WordPress.com Dashboard, select Tools/Export, and save the file you get to somewhere on your computer.

    From your new site Dashboard, select Tools/Import, and specify that file.
