Yes they do but not all the Time like in Football Seahawks the City of Seattle Care if they won or loss to the Steelers in the Super Bowl they we're planning a Parade for the Hard Work they accomplished as well as you mentioned the Colorado Rockies Last Year Planning a Parade win or lose that's doesn't matter Its all about Pride and fan Appreciation that's what it is now in Tampa/St.Pete they had to win over the Phillies or the Rays will not get a Parade If they lose, some people have No Sense of Pride. I'm Proud of The Rays This Year Parade or No Parade.

Mostly D. I'd just be really disappointed but not angry or upset at long as the Sox just played their best and tried their hardest. I don't think it's a huge deal if we don't win.. we've won 2 in the past 5 years, and I think even just getting to the World Series is a big accomplishment. If we went there and lost, yes I'd be sad and upset and disappointed, but there's always next year. I think for a team like the Yankees, who right now have the most pressure to win, a lot more of their fans would be upset.
BQ1: I'd try not to make a huge deal but I'd be talk about the game last night and discuss baseball with them, and ask for a pic and an autograph =)
BQ2: Lots of 'em.. Pedey, Youk, Lester, Papelbon, Mikey Lowell, Ells, Bay, V-Mart..

I think it would depend upon if it was due to bad calls by the officials (missed tags, strike zone discrepencies, etc) or they just got outplayed/outmanaged. I would be heartbroken either way, to make it that far and have a chance to take home the crown only to fall short. I'm sure a few choice words would escape from my mouth as well (like it did much of the 90's since I'm a Braves fan)
BQ1- I'd definitely look to get an autograph or something, photo taken, etc..
BQ2- Chipper Jones, Brian McCann, and even though he's a Met now, Jeff Franceour.

B) Just feel hurt because its never easy to win the World Series but its not even easy just to get there. In retrospect, you have to look back at the season your team had and feel grateful of what they accomplished. I know its frustrating to lose a World Series but only one team can win. Hell, if the series was great then I'm not completely down.
BQ1: Greet the guy, compliment good things about him, and hope he'll sign your autograph.
BQ2: Michael Young and Ian Kinsler

Happened with Rays last year. I was disappointed they made it that far last year and didn't win. But I was happy they even made it that far. Probably the best turnaround for a team I have ever witnessed.
Forgot about BQ...
BQ1: Well, I would do nothing but say hello if we passed each other. I don't really get star struck.
BQ2: Jonny Gomes

lol, i had to deal with this last year :(
I would probaby just say, B - because there is always going to be another baseball season. Baseball is never gunna "stop" , so the Rays have PLEEENTY of more oppourtunities.
BQ1: lol, i would totally freeze, start getting nervous, and totally be shy. i wouldn't know what to do with myself, but in my head, im like screaming my head off! I would probably casually go up to him, not like a maniac, and just try & start a conversation with him :)
BQ2: Jason Bartlett, of the rays :)

Well, I was fortunate enough to have my team even IN the WS last year. And after all the years of losing, I was happy to have the Rays in the playoffs to begin with.
I'd sum it up as being sad. Sad they didn't play like they had all year. But the Phillies beat them.
BQ1: Probably just say Hi
BQ2: Carl Crawford

BQ1:I would freak out if I saw Ryan Howard on the street I would ask him for his autograph :)
BQ2:Ryan Howard
