Question about 'Dry Towns'?

Ok, so I'm a Brit and we don't have any here and there's something I was just wondering. So If you can't buy alcohol anywhere in the town...but are you allowed to drive to another town and bring it back to the dry town?

    Yes you can bring in alcohol. You just can't order it at a restaurant or buy it in a store.
