Ok, so I'm a Brit and we don't have any here and there's something I was just wondering. So If you can't buy alcohol anywhere in the town...but are you allowed to drive to another town and bring it back to the dry town?

I need a new phone but with fall approaching and christmas coming up I figured companies like Nokia and Blackberry would probably be bringing out new models? Is this right? Or if anyone knows of a good mobile phone website (similar to macrumours type thing) that would be great!

I've been trying to play Football Manager 2008 on my PC but i keep having the same problem. I have all the recommended requirements to run the game, and the first time I installed it, it ran fine. However when i went to play it the second time, it didn't work* so I had to uninstall/reinstall, which turned out to be fine as my saved game was still there when i reinstalled it. But when i went to play it a third time again I had to uninstall/reinstall. Any Help?

* What happens exactly is, I put the disk in, and nothing happens. So there's no short cut or anything, so I do a search in programme files to launch the game, but all it can show me is the data files, not anything to launch the game.

I've been able to find links for pretty much all the major US networks to stream live TV apart from NBC. I really want to watch the office and Parks and recreation tonight! any help?

Every time I try and run a game on my (fairly new) laptop It crashes. According to my computers crash report ,

'This problem was caused by Intel Graphics Driver, which was created by Intel Corporation. There is no solution for this problem at this time.'

what's this all about!? I tried updating the drivers, but there was no update available. So is there anything I can do to get it to work, or am I now stuck with a game I can't play?

p.s if it matters I am using windows vista and trying to play lego batman. I have all the system requirements.

I bought a game for my laptop (lego batman) and It installed fine but always crashes when i start it up. I checked the system requirements, I have them all except I'm not really sure about the cpu requirements

It says I need an Intel P3 1.5ghz or AMD Athlon xp

and I have an Intel pentium dual core

is that okay? I don't know much about computers!

Okay...so I guess I didn't phrase that question very well! I'm just wondering - why do we call it 'Germany' when its really 'Deutschland'? Why do we say 'Italy' when its really 'Italia'? I understand sometimes it will be down to dialects and accents, but I still think the 'Deutschland' to Germany translation is pretty weird.

okay so I have water leaking in to my (rented) flat from the flat above me. This first started a few weeks ago so I went up to speak to them but nobody was in. So i wrote them a note politely asking them to get it fixed and to let me know what was going on. I also phoned my landlord to let them know. As this point there wasn't that much damage (well any noticeable damage) to my flat. So a few days later I hadn't heard anything from my neighbors So i went up to their flat again, this time a guy claiming to be a joiner answers the door. He says he's there fixing the leak (FYI I watched this guy leave to check he wasn't a burglar or anything - he wasn't)

Anyway after that there was no more leaking until last weekend. This time it is much worse damaging the wallpaper in my bedroom and I'm worried its getting into the electrics in the bathroom. I phoned my landlords straight away but all they can do is report it to the council (which they have done) who can force entry into the other flat to fix it...but there is a waiting list and my flat is not deemed and emergency.

The thing is, they only run the water at like 1am, and they run it for ages. what are they doing?! I went up to speak to them last night and asked them not to run the water until they had it fixed which they agreed to do (though they do not speak great english - maybe something was lost in translation!) but 20 mins later I could hear the water running again.

anyway I guess i would just like some advice or opinions as I'm getting pretty sick of this!

I might not explain this very well but bear with me. Okay so I have this game Jurassic park - operation genesis. (i know, i'm a geek) for my PC and one of the cheats that i got of another website involves editing one of the data files. Now I've managed to do this okay with no probs on my old laptop (which was xp) but with vista it won't let me save the changes it just keeps saying 'make sure path and file name is correct' well, I don't really know what that means. any help would be appreciated! here is a link to the cheat so you can see what it says to do, i might not have explained it properly.

p.s Before you go giving me a lecture on using cheats, I am only doing it make the game last longer! the original version only lets you breed a certain amount of dinosaurs and I'm trying to change it.

not been able to log in all morning! is it just me or has anyone else had this problem?

This is the last minikit i need, its episode 4 -'secret plans' I have checked all the online minikit guides and they all say i need to assemble a car in the bounty hunter area and then drive it onto the platform in the area where the crane is - Now i have done this but no canister is appearing! Am i missing something? I tried it with both the car and the icecream truck thing, but nothing.

Well, I am 25 and my boyfriend is 24. We have been together almost 3 years now, live together and we are still very much in love. At the start of our relationship we were having a discussion about marriage and he revealed to me that he never intended to get married. He doesn't see the point as His parents never married and are still together (whereas mine did and divorced) I had always wanted to be married but I have come to realise that its more important to be with someone i really loved than to get married.

Now, recently I went to the doctors and have been diagnosed with PCOS and a 'lazy ovary'. The doctor then went on to tell me my best chance to have a child was sooner rather than later, and it would be a lot easier for me to try and conceive before I was thirty. I have always wanted children so naturally I was quite upset to discover this. My boyfriend wants kids as well but when we discussed it we always said it would be after we were 30 as there a things we both want to do first (travel, buy a house etc) before settling down. when I told him what the doctor had told me, and that would probably want to start trying for a baby in the next couple of years (if we were still together obviously!) He got all funny saying we were too young (?) and that he wouldn't be ready still wanted to wait. I said what if by the time he wants to have children I can't - he said 'oh we can just adopt' which is great but I at least would like to try to have a kid of my own.

I love him very much but i feel by staying with him I am having to miss out on two things that I have always wanted. I don't know what to do.

my 02 contract comes to an end in april. I wanted to change to vodaphone anyway as i want the new blackberry! But if i sign up now i'll get a special offer...or do i have to wait til april?

p.s I've read most of sarah Dessens other books so i don't need any suggestions on that part - though if you would like to share what your favorite book of hers is, go for it!

So i have a new laptop which is running vista, and my old one was running xp. I bought from Amazon an 'XP to vista easy transfer cable'. Installed the program no problems but when I attach the USB cable to my old laptop i get a message saying 'unable to install hardware' and something about an error. So in short - its not working! I have also had problems with external hard drives in the past (my old laptop is really crap).

Are there any other options?
